Having trouble with the eshop plugin

I have dectivated and uninstalled this eshop plugin from my blog. I still have clickable links showing up in my header graphic. I manually went to my file manager in my hosting account and deleted the plugin folder that was showing there. This is frustrated to say the least . Do I need to delete some other file that I’m not seeing. Anyone else with this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
