Having Trouble with the Latest 4.0 update?

Was excited to update the app but my page now looks totally screwed.
The feed is in the top left instead of in the second section underneath the word Facebook.

My Footer is totally screwed up too. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a similar issue with the instagram feed on my homepage, no matter what I do the shortcode is displayed at the top of the page (above the “follow us on facebbok/instagram” buttons in my case. How can I display it where I place it in the page (at the bottom) instead?

Might have to look for another plugin. Hope you guys can fix it. Was literally about to launch a website today.

I was not impressed, when I updated a clients plugin the feed connection was lost so now I have to get them to reconnect, as I don’t have access to their accounts.

Only saving grace is the site has not gone live yet

Happy to report the Content appearing above content and the json save error issue have just been resolved. Please update to version 4.0.1 to correct the issue. Thanks again for pointing out these 2 issues.

@awr10e again sorry for the troubles there. The main reason we are forcing a reconnect on Facebook and Instagram feeds is to protect the access token from being visible in shortcodes. It’s a pain when you don’t have access to the client info to get a new token, I know the feeling personally too. I added a link to the previous legacy version in my previous post until you are able to connect with your client.

Hello. I just updated the plugin e it started to show the following message at the top of all pages (and panel):

I changed to the new shortcode and the feed is working fine. But I really need to take this error message off as soon as possible. I don’t feel easy to add specific permission on my server to solve this. What should I do?

Have you updated to FTS version 4.0.1? We believe this update should resolve the error you are receiving. Please let us know.

SOS ?? I keep re-linking my accounts and following the outlined steps, but even though each account shows being successfully linked, I’m only able to see my Twitter feed on each of the widgets where the other channel feeds should be.

I keep getting the message: Feed them social: Facebook feed not added, please add your Access Token from the Gear Icon Tab.

But I *have* added my Acess Token from the Fear Icon Tab. Help! Feed’s at the bottom of the home page. https://www.dioscg.org/

Also please note we just made another update to 4.0.2 please update to that version and see if it helps.
