Having trouble with the upgraded version

  • I have used the free easing slider plug-in for a while and liked it. I purchased the upgraded pack and received a list of license keys.
    When I go to the settings page for easing slider and go to license, it says I should be able to enter the keys below and save changes. However, there is no place to do this.

    I have submitted a ticket 48 hours ago and still have not received any feedback.

    Feel very disappointed.

    Hi Rxfortravelblues, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Seems like you’ve not installed the “Pro” addons included with your purchase. This is why the license key settings aren’t showing.

    I appreciate your response. As I mentioned in the email, I eventually figured out how to upload the zip files to WordPress. After quite a bit of frustration due to my novice level with all this, I was able to get the caption window to show up on my images. It appears knowledge of HTML is required to insert code.
    Although I’m learning how to do all this, I’m still a newbie and this slider just doesn’t seem to be as user friendly as others.
    What I finally decided to do was change themes to a theme with a pre-installed slider and the slider on that theme is much more user friendly.

    I understand your terms and conditions prevents you from issuing a refund and that is unfortunate for me and others who may not be happy with a product.

    I guess the message here should be “buyer beware.” You have a good product, it’s just not easy to use for a novice.
