• I have just installed WP2.7 and downloaded my theme. When I go into the Manage Themes none of them show in preview. The non standard one is not showing up properly and has a lot of things missing.

    I installed it on my site through Fantastico and my host tells me it should not be the problem. I updated another existing account to 2.7 and it works and shows everything fine so Im thinking it cant be 2.7.

    What else could it be? File Manager is where I downloaded the current theme and it is the same one that I have used on other accounts (but the current version of theme).

    Its affecting all themes on this new account though which I cant understand.

    Any ideas?

    Thats right there doesnt seem to be images or borders or much color.

    What do you suggest, keeping in mind I have no code knowledge?

    Some background….I downloaded the current theme through Cpanel through File Manager and with a zip file which I extracted to another file I made on there as it didnt have a folder when I had extracted it previously. Could this be the problem? The default theme doesnt seem to work either though.

    @pharding

    When you unzip the theme is should extract into it’s own directory…sounds like you may have a problem there.
    If you have a cpanel account and want to just get it fixed, email me and I’ll fix it for you…it’s a 5 minute job at most and will save you some time…if you want, email me at 234figaro432 [at] gmail [dot] com

    I’ll be checking in for another hour or so while I’m watching a rather dull movie ??
