    Hi @wp207,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Please note that the hCaptcha box style comes directly from hCaptcha. Here’s a hCaptcha guide with details about the available configuration options.

From that guide, you’ll see that hCaptcha allows two themes: light and dark. Light is the default theme, and you can switch to dark by using the code snippet in our guide here (though this guide is for Google reCAPTCHA, the same code snippet works for hCaptcha as noted here).

While it may be possible to set #e2b7e2 as the hCaptcha background color on your site with custom code, customizations like this fall outside our support scope. If you’re interested in custom development, we recommend posting your job here.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello Ralden,

Thanks for all these information. I am not sur I will succeed to do it for now. Thats not a problem, I am gonna think about it. I would have another little request since I have you online ?? I am wondering why I am having a private page set in wordpress related to wpforms-preview. I guess this is the wpform used for my contact page but why is it private ? Is this normal ? Thank you in advance. Great day. Philippe

    Hi @wp207,

    Thanks for your follow-up question!

Regarding the Form Preview, it’s a private page designed to allow you to test your form, especially before making it public, as explained in our guide here.

If you’d like to share a form for testing with others, you’ll need to embed it on a page. Since you’re using Elementor on your site, you can add WPForms to an Elementor page by following our guide here.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @rsouzaam

My form is already set with Elementor in my contact page since many years and it works well. So I don’t need to test it. And the form is visible online on my website although it is private… https://therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr/contact/ ?

Anyway, do I leave it private or do I set it to public ? Thanks.

    Hi @wp207,

Thanks for getting back to me

Please note that WPForms Lite doesn’t have a built-in feature to make a form public or private. You’ll need to set this on your page settings instead. For example, you can do this in the block editor, as outlined in this WPBeginner guide.

If you’d like more assistance with WPForms Lite, please feel free to reach out.

    Thanks!

    Hi @rsouzaam

I knew how to set a page from private to public. So I did it to show you the result. The Wpforms Preview now appears on my website as it is public though, it has been added to my top menu at the last one and here is the link : https://therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr/wpforms-preview/

You can see a text written by you saying it has been set to private : “

This is the WPForms preview page. All your form previews will be handled on this page.

The page is set to private, so it is not publicly accessible. Please do not delete this page ?? .”

AND you cannot see the contact form furthermore… ( FYI the contact form is on my contact page added with a shortcode : [wpforms id=”3267″] )

So, I don’ t really understand why I am having this private page that I cannot delete (according to you), whereas I don’t need to test my form as it works well with the shortcode on contact page !

I hope you’ ll understand this bizarre request from me ?? Can I delete however this Wpforms Preview even if you say it shoudn’t be deleted ?

    Hi @wp207,

    Thanks for the details!

Please note that WPForms Preview doesn’t use a URL with /wpforms-preview/ as shared in your link. By default, WPForms opens the preview with the query string /?wpforms_form_preview=[FORM ID].

For your reference, here’s a screencast.

As shown, it’s not possible to open a form with a Form Preview link if you’re not logged in. The site will display a page, but the form won’t load the form because you’re not logged in.

That said, the /wpforms-preview/ URL on your site might be due to custom code or a theme customization, like the one described in our developer documentation here. It seems it is working similar to our default Form Preview.

I hope this clarifies how our Form Preview works and helps you locate the page with /wpforms-preview/. If you’re unable to locate it, I recommend reaching out to your site developer.

    Thanks!

    Ho @rsouzaam

Im sorry for the delay in response, and I thank you so much for the time you took to make this video for me ! That’s very kind !

So I am the developer of my site and I have never created this famous mysterious page ?? You are probably right, it may have been created for test purposes by a colleague of you when I asked for help years ago. Since then this page was on my site set to private and I never dared to erase it because I thought it was necessary to have my public shortcode work ! But now I know that it’s not so I have completely deleted it !! The second hypothesis is that this page comes from the migration from Pirate Forms (that I was using before) to Wpforms ! Anyway, everything is ok for now and I thank you a lot again ! Have a great weekend. Philippe
