• Hi. We use hCaptcha on several websites and recently we noticed that admins and users cannot log in to the wp dashboard on some of the sites. The situation is very annoying, on some websites even if the hCaptcha is solved correctly and the credentials are correct, the hCaptcha resposnse is: invalid credentials on other sites the respose is: hCaptcha error: The hCaptcha is invalid.

We experience this issue on all browsers (chrome, safari, firefox, opera, edge, MAC and PC versions) and the issue is the same for different people in different locations.

These sites are built with DIVI, some of the sites are using WPRocket as caching. Any suggestion about the possible source of the problem?

    Thx a lot.

Do you use Divi login or standard WP login? Is WP Rocket active on all problem sites?

Please provide link to one of such sites and describe how to reproduce the bug.

    Thank you.

WP-Rocket can cache this page and this will prevent it from working.

I cannot reproduce the issue without the link to the problematic page. Can you provide one?

    Closed as non-reproducible.
