HD image upload blurry

  • Every time I upload an HD (12mb) image onto a post, wordpress resizes it to a small image and then when I increase the size it looks blurry and it’s low quality.

    I’ve tried resizing the image but it doesn’t seem to work.

    Bit of a newb. Anybody got any ideas?

  • When you add the image to a post, try hovering over the image and click the pencil icon to open the image settings. From this window you can change the size of the image that is being inserted into the post.

    The usual sizes are thumbnail, medium, large and full size.
