Head and footer code on page – private area

@lisabaldrati Please make sure you enable custom post type for your private area on the Head & Footer Code settings (Article Specific code at the bottom of that page) https://ps.w.org/head-footer-code/assets/screenshot-2.png?rev=2720177

If it’s already enabled or the private area post type is not shown here, please let me know what plugin for the private area you use (link to the www.ads-software.com page of the plugin).
