'head' item drop down menu on mobile version isnt translated

Hi,
I used a translate plug-in and its works fine on a desktop. If i checked the website in a mobile version, the script translate all of the items but not the text ‘main menu’ at the dropdown menu as u can see at the picture below.

How this can happen, and how can i fix this?
