    I think I missed this part…

    2.) Create a database for WordPress on your web server, as well as a MySQL user who has all privileges for accessing and modifying it.

    Sorry for my ignorance but I really don’t know how to do that one. Thank you again.

    Hiya JuanLuna. This would be a really good time to contact your host provider tech support folks. Explain exactly what you’re trying to do and ask them exactly how to create a database and a user; and how to “add/attach” the user to the database.
