Header 1px off in IE

My header is off in IE by 1 pixel it seems, and I can’t get it straight. I know this is probably some well-known issue with IE, because I’ve googled it and have seen some solutions… but none of them worked. It’s fine in FF + Chrome. Can anyone help me get it aligned?

(ready to shoot my computer… or at least IE)
