Header ad not showing in Chrome

My header ad will not show in Chrome. It does show in Firefox.
I am actually just using an image in this field.This is the code I am using:
<img src=”https://necatnetwork.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/channels.TVs-small-e1429732480439.jpg” alt=”channels.TVs small” width=”300″ height=”157″ class=”alignright size-full wp-image-1083″ />I have tried a variety of different codes, but nothing shows in Chrome. What am I missing?
