Header adv is not working

  • Hello everyone! I need help figuring out a problem with a wp website built with Colormag free theme. The header adv is sometimes not loaded, it has been set with widget and the destination link has been shortened with Bitly.
    The site is hosted in a subdomain.
    I noticed, but it could be a coincidence, that the problem occurs more when I open a shared link on FB and mainly on the mobile.
    Do you have any suggestions?
