    Hi,
I’ve just installed your free version to test drive before buying your premium (I need two icons in the paid one, plus the option to select the text). However, I’m immediately getting the error messages below.

When I’ve gone to my theme’s support forum, I found other requests for help after installing your plugin. Support said, “It looks like it’s generated by a plugin that is poorly coded.” (Those are their words, not mine!)

I use a child theme, so don’t have easy access to the files you say are faulty. Apart from that, I cannot be expected to edit files every time an update is released.

I really wanted to use your plugin because it’s got features none of the other social media ones have, but this makes it impossible.

Is there any easy way I can get your plugin to work, or do I have to abandon it, please?

    Thanks,
    Steve

This is clearly not because of a poorly coded plugin ?? If the wp_head is missing, the theme wasn’t coded according to WordPress guidelines.

We can fix this in your theme, in which case it also shouldn’t be an issue if you update your theme. Also, depending how you place the icons, you may not need this adjustment. We will have to have a closer look at it, which we do as part of our premium plugin which you find here https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/

If issues persist and we cannot fix them, of course we’ll refund you.

I bought it just a few minutes after you replied and then contacted your Support.
Seven hours later, I’ve heard nothing.
How come you are offering support on a Sunday to people using the free version but not people who have paid for it?

Hi Steve, we replied 3 minutes after you sent us the support ticket. Could you please check your junk folder? We replied from help at ultimatelysocial dot com. If it didn’t arrive, please contact us again under that email. Thank you!
