Header and Footer missing on imported template

    I use Elementor PRO and just started trying the Envato Elements plugin for it. I have been successful until I used one of the Templates and imported it versus using the Blocks. The Blocks always work and I use the theme: Customify PRO.

    The headers and footers are controlled via the Multiple Headers which you control which pages headers are seen, very much like the Widgets in WP, the page is so and so or not. however, even the Footers are not being seen only on the page I created with the imported template.

    Has anyone had this issue? It is probably the theme banging into the template. The headers and footers come up on every page but the OPTICAL HEALTH page. I tried playing with the Margin and Padding on the top section just in case it was hiding even though I use the same values on the TECH page and the header shows there.

  • hey man, I faced the same problem today. Its solution is as below

    1. go to elementor page builder where you are editing your site with template
    2.in the left bottom corner you will find a setting icon, click on it, its the page setting option.
    3.set the page layout say default, yours must have been set to elementor canvas.
    4. click update.
    5. say thanks to me (just kidding) ?? ?? hope the problem is solved

    I have the same problem, but I set the page layout as default.

    It doens’t work ??

    Thanks for the replies. I apologize for my absence as things took me over. Will try the fix anyhow. Yes I believe I use canvas. So was this an issue still although I see it marked resolve.
