Header and footer problem

I currently face an annoying bug in the header and footer parts. I made two parts of each, a part for desktop and the other for mobile, and edited the settings so the first part doesn’t appear on mobile and the other one doesn’t appear on desktop. but the problem is they both appear on desktop and on mobile in the home page, but in other pages, it works fine.

So what should I do?
