I have a template (fiqua) that when I create the header it does not add the template as previewed.

It should be appear as follows

On my website the header I don’t know what the menu order pattern is. I don’t know where I have to change the colours. Also, when I see it on the phone it is not displayed correctly.

I’ve tried changing the section to header, but it still won’t change.

When I want to change the menu type from “JKit Menu”, it doesn’t give me any option to change it to the template.(this is the imported template from the template kit)

However, I can change the “hamburger” in the menu so that it displays the way I want it to on the computer.

    Can you help me?

    Thnks

    Hello @cremalleranet,

We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. The issue arises from the absence of a menu on your site, preventing you from selecting a menu in the Menu option within the JKit – Nav Menu widget. To create a menu in WordPress, you can navigate to Appearance -> Menus. For further details, please refer to the images below.

Once you’ve created a menu on that page, you can select a menu in the Menu option within the JKit – Nav Menu widget.

Hello, appreciate your response, however as you can see I do not see the “menu” option in either of the two options…

    What could be happening?

    Hello @cremalleranet,

We apologize for the delay in our response. Upon further investigation, we noticed that you’re using the Full Site Editing (Twenty Twenty-Four) theme, which does not provide the Menus option.

Full Site Editing (FSE) is a new feature in WordPress since version 5.9, and by default, the latest WordPress themes utilize this feature. To resolve this issue, we recommend using a non-FSE theme such as Hello Elementor, Astra, etc. Since you’re using Elementor as your base, we suggest Hello Elementor as a starter pack.
