Header and footer will not display anywhere

Hi, just installed your plugin to start building a new site. Never had issues before and its a great plugin thanks.

However, built a footer, choose to show entire website and created a test page and nothing. Tried selecting only that page in the footer display options, still nothing.

Also built a quick header and that doesn’t display either.

linked a blank page where header and footer should be showing.

Can you advise please?
