Header and logo in conflict

If you are talking about the site title and the logo, they are supposed to be on the same line .

No I mean the logo (top left) and the header banner (where 728px advertising is).

These conflict as soon as you resize a little.

Try and add the following css code on
Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Design Options => Custom Css

#header-logo-image img {
    margin-bottom: 0px;
    padding-top: 15px;
}
