Header and Nav backgrounds won’t display!?

  • I have been going crazy for days trying to figure out why my linked images for the header and nav background won’t display. I feel that I’ve coded the php right, but obviously there is some small error that I cannot find. I can provide someone with my CSS and blog PHP if that will help.
