Header and site title problem after istalling SEO

Hello Yoast,

I’m having some problem about my main page and site title which is shown when you bring your cursor on the page tab in the browser.

I installed the Yoast SEO plug-in, and having fun of using it. But as I have linked a screenshot and underlined the problem areas, I could not find a way to fix this.

The text that you see above the header is a cropped text from an article on my webpage, (as it is shown on my main page) but I don’t want to see something so bad visually. And also in the tab of the page on Chrome (as it is also underlined in the screenshot), I see the title of the same page which is cropped in the below problem area, but I want to see the description of the page when I bring my cursor on the tab.
