Header area suddenly very different today; missing logo & header is disorganized

Good morning,

Over the past couple of days I’ve suddenly begun having challenges with images and layout on my websites. I hadn’t made any changes to custom settings or to CSS—the challenges just started.

A couple of days ago I updated to WordPress 4.5.2 to see if that would help—and it didn’t.

I’m running a Make Child theme and I updated to the latest version of Make yesterday t see if that would help.

However the latest challenge appeared: This morning I discovered that my logo was missing from the website below in the header area.

I uploaded it again but it’s now to the right (instead of to the left where it was yesterday) and the menu is now below the header area rather than inside of it. You can see what it looks like here:

Here on another website is what it looked like yesterday with the logo to the left and the menu inside of the header area (I haven’t updated WordPress (still at 4.4.3) nor Make on this site):

Both of these two websites use exactly the same custom settings and custom CSS. I double checked this morning and all the custom settings are still exactly the same for these two sites—nothing has changed.

Any idea how I can get the logo back on the left side again and the menu back up inside of the header area as they were yesterday?

Are other people suddenly having similar challenges or is it just me? Should I revert to an earlier version of WP?
