Header Background

    Need help with background of header.

    I’ve duplicated a page that has a background image behind the Header. However, the duplicated page does not have the identical background image. Instead it has a background color.
    I’ve researched and have read numerous help files, but none have been successful in instructing me as to how to change it. All I’ve been able to find is where and how to change the background color, not the image. Cannot even locate how the image is managed for the working pages.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. Thnx

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Actually, I’m looking a little deeper and it seems that I have a custom theme.

    It’s a child theme based off of Divi, which is supported by Elegant Themes.
