Header/Banner background not rendering

    Using the customizer, the background image for the banner will not show. Getting the theme_mod does not work. I had to manually add the url into line 108 of the template-functions file, inside the inc folder of the parent theme.

    Is it possible that line 99 should be an _is_ conditional as oppossed to _not_ is front page? Or is it possible that the customizer may be calling the incorrect them mod header_background_image ?

    Also noticed that if woocommerce is activated is in the mix for a conditional to load… Our site is not using Woo at this time. Does this deter loading background image, maybe?

    Actually, I found out what ( I ) was doing wrong. The Setting for Home Page Setting is, or should be, Use Static Page…. I have a static home page ( “Home” ) and the theme is not displaying the Home page that we created in the Pages editor.

    I can not get the static page to honor as the home page, so I reverted to the Customizer usage of:

    <label>Enable to hide All Home Section</label> [off]Enable to show Customizer of home predefined home page sections.

    I believe what the theme is missing is a full width template that can be used for a home page… and at the same time, that full-width template would also contain a full size hero banner that would be able to show the header/banner image in a full size (height) format, other than the smaller lower-height image that is shown on a Default Template header/banner top image area.
