Header Banner with Link- Clickable area is too small

  • Hi all,

    I’m working on a site (https://66.147.244.239/~loveandq/) where the client would like to add the option for a banner in their header area, to the right of the logo. As you can see, I’ve inserted a placeholder there in the maroon color. However, the clickable area for the link is only at the very top of the image. Is there any way I can rectify this? Below is the code I am using to insert the banner:
