Can you please try disabling the Transparent Header option as shown on the link: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/how-to-make-the-header-transparent-pro-nxz05g/ .

If this doesn’t work, can you please send us a screenshot of what you’re referring to since the link you have attached is under maintenance.

There is no transparent header setting in any of those three options.
