Header becomes smooshed in mobile version

Hi!

I’m having an issue where the header for my conversion box gets smooshed up when you view the mobile site. I have no idea why this is happening but I would really like to resolve it. To view the issue, please visit https://www.heatherwoodward.org on a smartphone (looks great on a tablet).
