Header Builder and Footer Builder missing

I have tried disabling and reenabling all the plugins. I can’t move menus in the footer around. Is there another way?

Has the footer builder been removed from Botiga?

Sorry for the delay.

I just test out latest version of Botiga with fresh installation and the header and footer builder do present in customizer. My test site’s site health displays this: https://i.snipboard.io/qGMA1k.jpg.

I guess you are getting server-related issue. Have you checked your site’s server configuration?

I’ve checked the source code of the customizer. It seems the option is being greyed out with display:none.

Thanks for getting back along with the extra information.

The customizer’s left panel in your screenshot looks totally different. Here is mine: https://i.snipboard.io/btpvi2.jpg. Normally it should look like so.

For your comparison, check this Blueprint with your web browser. Once the site instance completely loaded, visit the Customize menu.

P.S.: The Blueprint contains active Botiga theme, Merchant and WooCommerce plugins.

Thanks. I have cloned my site, disabled all plugins, deleted the Botiga theme and redownloaded it. When I go to Apperance > Themes > Theme Dashboard, I get the following screen: https://snipboard.io/z4nYvb.jpg

There is no Header Builder and Footer Builder. Only Main Header, Mobile Header and Footer Copyright. It seems like the modules are missing or there is a legacy setting I am missing?

Just following up. I have updated to latest theme and the builder is still not visible.

Try these steps:

1. Rollback Botiga theme to the older version (try Botiga 1.0.0) with the help of theme version rollback plugin
2. Go to your theme’s administration screen, then do Botiga theme update via the link that appears on theme’s card
3. Navigate to Dashboard > Botiga menu > Home tab
4. If you can see cards that read Header Builder and Footer Builder, click on each Customize button. Ref: https://i.snipboard.io/FwOEWv.jpg

Before doing theme rollback, I’d recommend doing full site backup, just in case you’d need to restore site data when something goes wrong.

Thanks. That didn’t work exactly, but I figured it out.

1. I rolled back to last version of version 1, version 1.2
2. Then went to Botiga Menu and found Header and Footer Builder card. It was not activated, so I clicked activate.
3. Then updated to latest version and the builder was there.
