• When I’m logged into my site as an admin there is, as with most maintenance plugins, a button in the header where you can click and turn maintenance mode on or off.

In your case it’s a purple button that says: “Site Offline Mode Active”
Now, unfortunately, when I click it I get an error message that says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

But I’m logged in as the admin. This isn’t a big deal because I can obviously go to the WordPress menu at the side and select your plugin and go to the settings page and turn it on or off, but it would be nice if this worked.

    Thanks,
    ernie
