Header Cleanup removes links in header.

    Perhaps this is by design?

    The header was being ‘cleaned’ of this.

Feed" href="https://netzpolitik.org/feed" />

    Which of course is annoying for feed reader authors among others ??

    It’s intended. You can disable that option if you need feed readers.
    This doesn’t prevent feeds from working. It only removes the links pointing to it.
