Header description is escaped

In “Theme Options”, if you set an “Haader description” containing a apostrophe, for example “This ain’t working.”, it will save and display “This ain\’t working.”

Using HTML entities (I can’t seem to use them here either…) seems to not escape the value, but it does display the text as is… with the HTML entities, which is still bad and undesired. I understand apostrophes need to be escaped, but you should at least undo the format before display.
