Header disappears

Look for global styles inline css somewhere in your theme settings.

Look for this style:

.header {
    background: #393c43;
    border-bottom-color:#393c43;
}

change it to:

.header {
    background: #393c43 !important;
    border-bottom-color:#393c43;
}
