• The plugin was working fine but today when I added a new video from Youtube I saw that there is a series of warning lines saying “failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in the shortcode.php line 58”. Some messages say the “wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0” and it finishes with the shortcode.php again.

Can someone please help me with this? I would really appreciate it.
    Thank you!

I found out the server was indeed causing the conflict. They corrected it and the page looks fine now. Yay!!! ??

But unfortunately, now there is a conflict when I create a new category. It says there is a problem with the menusprocess.php on line 186 and 196.

    Help… anyone?

If anyone wants to know I found out the problem really stems from the plugin not being compatible with the PHP 5.6 version that is out on the servers.

This plugin, unfortunately, hasn’t had an update in 1 year so the php code is outdated and causes an inability to create a new category, there header problem, thumbnails won’t display correctly (the title shows but the area where the video is is blank) and several other issues.

If you want to use this plugin – it is going to fade out because of the incompatibility with PHP on your server. If you server uses PHP 5.3 it is will have issues.

I switched over to gallery – video gallery plugin from HugeIt and it is great for a free version.
