Header error when acitivating plug-ins

    For some reason, when I try to activate plug ins, I get this error message:

    I’ve never gotten it before and I haven’t changed my theme at all from what it was. Is it just a simple error? My plug in does activate and I just have to go back, so it’s not a massive issue, but I’m just wondering what the fix is?
