Header & Footer

I apologize if I ask one thing that maybe has already been addressed but trying not able to find a solution, I have 2 problems that I would like to solve:

1. center the menu in the sidebar so that it is always centered and not slightly to the left.

2. I would like the widgets in the footer did not have much margin on the right and left as it is now.

you can do this?
