Header Footer code is working with AMP or no ?

AMP pages are also HTML pages and have the same structure.
Ad Inserter supports insertion of AMP specific codes:

You can insert AMP specific header code using the AMP separator

Normal header code

I’m using a new block with :

[ADINSERTER AMP]
<amp-auto-ads type="adsense"

</amp-auto-ads>

for this block I checked AMP Pages in Misc Insertion
not for other blocks

And in Header :

[ADINSERTER AMP]
<script async custom-element="amp-auto-ads"
src="https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js">
</script>

that all ?

The code is OK.

However, you should not check AMP Pages as you are using AMP separator:
