Header/Footer in Website is not as displays in Customizer (Neve)

    I am creating a Website with the theme Neve (no elementor used).

    I have the problem that the Header/Footer i created with the Neve Customizer is not displayed that way in the preview website. There the Header is similar to the Neve (Law Firm) Header as i would not have changed a thing.
    Things i tried/checked out:

    there ar no conflictes with other plug ins, neve is up to date, of course i saved everything

    Has anyone an idea why i do have this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you please share some screenshots with the website in customizer preview and front-end? Besides this, you can also include the website’s URL so we can have a look there too. These would help in speeding up the debugging process.
