Header & Footer Missing

    A recent upgrade from 3.9.2 to 4.0 has killed the look of my site as the header and footer are missing which is affecting the page layout and some scripts are not running.

    Can anyone suggest what the issue / solution might be?

    Did you try temporarily switching to another theme, and then switching back ?

    HI, Wondering if anyone can help?

    I recently added footer link via the editor and everything was working great. I have just noticed that there are no footer links anymore. Not sure what happened is any one able to help. The theme is the wordpress 2012 theme.
