• Hi, i use Avada theme with custom Header & Footer.
With default header&footer no problem, but using custom Avada sections the event page results to have event’s description in header, content and footer.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Well that sounds like an issue with Avada custom headers and footers.

I would suggest asking Avada. As Avada is a premium theme it is not something I have access to test.

    Hi Alan,
i understand but i had same issue with another famous plugin ( WP Download Manager ) . I opened tickets with both developers.

Avada team answered me: “Apparently this conflict is from the plugin’s end. They should not be overriding our custom header layout in this way. Please contact the plugin author and ask them to resolve this issue on their end.” )

WP Download Manager team solved issue with an updateas you can see in this ticket :

Are there any more technical details, as i can’t guess what they mean by

They should not be overriding our custom header layout in this way.

The plugin has no knowledge of Avada custom headers so no understanding of how they are being overidden.

If Avada can point to the specific technical issue, then maybe I can help, but otherwise I’m just left guessing.

I have had a good look at the download manager code and my own code, and am still totally clueless.

The best course of action is for Avada to give a detailed technical description of the conflict.
