Header graphic hanging too wide on one page

I have a header graphic hanging too wide on the single-post pages only. Not sure how to fix that.
Notice my header graphic at https://www.mindbodyspiritjournal.com/?p=40 seems to hang a bit wider on the left than it should. That’s on the “single-post.php” page. It doesn’t do that on Category pages, example https://www.mindbodyspiritjournal.com/?cat=10; or on the index page, example, https://www.mindbodyspiritjournal.com/.
I’m using a modification of 3-column relaxation theme. WordPress 2.0.
Don’t know what else you need to know or see to help me figure out what I need to change in what file to stop that overhand on the single-post page.
What would you look for to fix that?
