Header H1 too large, H2 is smaller font size than h3

What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

It was a simple custom theme made many years ago. Maybe that’s the problem which is why I suspected the style.css file. The theme also uses a drop down menu which doesn’t work right and needs to be fixed. I was going to look for someone to do that and I could get the header problem fixed as well.

How are you with using CSS? Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.
