Header (H4) Link Disappearing

When I’m typing a post and type something as H4 and then link it, when I click update or save draft the link always disappears when the post gets updated and randomly adds a space above it (like pushing enter). But when I give normal body text a link the link stays after being updated and works fine. It does when I try to link with any header size. Help??
