  • Given that you are using a commercial theme, it’s best go to their official support channel or join a Facebook user group that focuses on that theme. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    All that said, this should help:

    .fusion-header-v4 .fusion-header {
        padding-top: 5px !important;
        padding-bottom: 5px !important;
    }

    Thanks for the info. Most of their forums are usually slow on responding and not as resourceful as this platform. Well noted though.

    Anyway, it worked like a charm :-), thank you robhob.

    Pleasure. Glad you came right.
