header image

  • I have been trying to create a header image. The notes at the top say the suggested image is 1000×250. When I upload an image of that size, the header only display about 25% of the image, grabbing the upper left side. How do I get it to display the entire image?
    I had this problem both when I uploaded a larger image and cropped it, or when I uploaded an image that was exactly 1000 x 250. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thank you!

    Hi, Thanks for your response. I tried resizing more than one image, and get the same result. Only the upper corner of the image is displayed. Do you have any suggestions?
