Hi there,

While I’m not 100% sure where exactly you’re trying to configure that and whether you’re using the WooCommerce email settings, please note the following:

• The image URL to use should be https://kroybook.com/food/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/kroy-food-by-kroy-book.jpg (make sure to include the HTTPS protocol)
• Some inbox hosting provider remove images automatically unless expressly configure to download them – this is a security feature. You’ll want to make sure this isn’t the case in your inbox.

If you’re still coming up short, please share a bit more on where exactly you’re configuring that and share a screenshot if possible.

Hi thank you for your reply. Sorry its my mistake. I used the wrong URL. Anyway thank you verymuch for your help.

However Need a small help with search result layout. Is it possible to change the layout where product will come under specific categories. It can be list style. I need this as i am using it for multivendor food delivery website. i am sending u a photo so that you can check it. I think its not big job. The photo i am sending is where we search for chicken then search result shows chicken under different categories. Thank you. Please help me with this.
