Header Image

  • I’m having trouble inserting my image in the customize area of WordPress. The theme I’m using is oceanWP. According to the theme the image has to be 2000 × 1200 pixels. I made my theme to the exact configuration. My image will not update the theme. Does anybody have an idea of what’s wrong?

    Thank you for getting back to me. I’m adding the picture in the customize, header area. I am not getting any kind of error just that my picture will not replace the default picture. I have done this procedure several times and and this is the first time this is happened to me.
