    For some time now, I have been observing that the header image is behaving strangely.
    When the page has loaded, the header image is displayed in a displaced position. only after 2-3 seconds or when scrolling does the header image appear in the correct position.

    It is like the CSS is loaded only after a certain time: When the page is loaded, the header image is not in the “centre” position.

    This was only noticed after an NPB update.

    Please help me to fix this.
