Header image doesnt appear in email ticket

Hello,

I set the header image of ticket in product details, but when someone buy this product then in email ticket, header image doesn’t appear, specifically the whole header section doesnt appear. But when I looked to ticket details, the ticket has the header section and also header image.

Can you help me, please?
