We have noticed that the header image and entire footer disappear with 2.3.1 (and 2.3.0).

Reverting to 2.2.11 restores the header image and footer.

This issue is present in both the email preview in the WordPress admin backend and the actual emails.

    Hope that helps!

Hi Joe thanks – yesterday we put out version 2.3.2 – We had a Pro version user report the same issue 4 days ago and gave us access to his site to track down the issue. The issue was:

Cloudflare minify blocking header and footer content from being loaded in emails. So if you are using Cloudflare that will be the issue. In the 2.3.2 the fix was:

    * Fix – Header and Footer content being blocked by Cloudflare minification. Replace wp_remote_get to add header and footer content in Preview and email with include part template to resolve the issue.

We are just about to put out v 2.3.3 which has a tweak for people who use Gravity forms and a small template header image bug fix.

If you are using Cloudflare you can upgrade to the new version and it should fix the issue for you.

Hi @a3rev – thanks for the quick work on this.

2.3.2 does indeed now show the header and footer (another Cloudflare user here), but the header image alignment isn’t being respected. Ours is set to the right, but it defaults to the left whether set to none, left or right.

Version 2.3.3 is out with the fix for that

    * Fix – Template header image horizontal alignment option
