• I’ve chosen to have a static front page, but I still want to have a blog. The front page and most other pages have a default header I’ve created and set under Appearance, but I want the blog’s header to be different.

When I go to edit the Blog’s “page” and I set it to the header I want, the actual page itself still displays the default header.

How do I get it to show the header I want for the Blogs “page,” even if it’s not a static “page” like most other pages are?

I should add, I’m using a child theme of Twenty Eleven.

I am having the same issue using Twenty Twelve. I can set my custom images on static front pages, but I can’t set my selected image on my blog page. (Instead it always uses the image I use for Contact Us.) I thought Constantine kindly addressed this issue in a previous fix, but I’m still having this problem. Thanks for any help. BTW, sorry, I don’t know code but will give it a try if I have to.
